Equal opportunity
Last updated: September 1, 2026.
Task Force Talent LLC is committed to equal employment opportunity. We consider and refer candidates based on their qualifications for the position and the lawful requirements of the role.
We do not discriminate against any candidate or employee on the basis of race, color, religion or creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, age (40 and over), the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability, HIV or hepatitis C status, the use of a trained dog guide or service animal, genetic information, military or veteran status (including honorably discharged veterans), citizenship or immigration status except as described below, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law, including the Washington Law Against Discrimination.
We do not accept requests from clients to screen candidates on the basis of any protected characteristic, except where a requirement is permitted or required by law.
Citizenship and security clearance requirements
Some positions for which we recruit require U.S. citizenship, an existing U.S. security clearance, or both, because of federal requirements that apply to the employer, such as eligibility rules for access to classified information. We list a citizenship requirement only when the client confirms that it is required by law, regulation, or government contract. We cannot sponsor or upgrade security clearances.
Accommodations
If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply, to communicate with us, or to take part in an interview arranged through us, contact us through our contact form. We will work with you and, with your permission, with the employer.
Pay information
Where we publish salary ranges, they are the ranges stated for the relevant positions. Final compensation is set by the employer.
Concerns
If you believe you have been treated unfairly in a recruiting process involving Task Force Talent, contact us. We will review the matter promptly. Nothing in this statement limits your right to contact the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Washington State Human Rights Commission, or any other agency.
