Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: September 1, 2026.

Task Force Talent LLC wants everyone to be able to use taskforcetalent.com, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.

Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

Measures we have taken

  • Pages use headings, landmarks, and labels so that assistive technology can identify page structure and form fields.
  • The site is designed to be usable with a keyboard, with visible keyboard focus. Each page has a link to skip to the main content.
  • Text and interface colors were selected and tested against WCAG contrast requirements.
  • Images that convey information have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Pages adapt to small screens and to text enlarged up to 200 percent.
  • The site respects the reduced-motion setting on your device.
  • Page content is available without JavaScript. JavaScript adds the mobile menu and the clearance filter on the list of current searches.

Known limitations

  • Application pages. Applications are submitted through a third-party applicant tracking system. We do not control the accessibility of those pages. If you have difficulty applying there, call us at (844) 930-3462 and we will take your application by telephone or another method that works for you.

Feedback and help

If you find a barrier, please tell us. If you have difficulty using any part of the site, or need information in a different format, contact us:

  • Our contact form

Tell us the page address and the problem you encountered. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Accommodations in the hiring process

If you need an accommodation to apply, to communicate with us, or to take part in an interview arranged through us, tell us what you need. We will work with you and, where appropriate and with your permission, with the employer. You do not need to tell us about a disability unless you are requesting an accommodation.

Assessment

This statement is based on a self-assessment of the site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, using automated checks and manual keyboard testing. We review the site when we make significant changes.
